Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment and will be delivered in cooperation with Svenska Posten [the Swedish postal service] and their partners worldwide. At present we deliver outside Sweden, to all EU-countires. Standard delivery to EU (3-10 business days).The shipping company`s broadcast times varies by place of residence and may therefore vary.

As a private consumer you have the right to cancel and return the purchase within 14 business days under existing consumer protection legislation. Return the goods in unaltered condition, ideally in their original packaging. You have the right to open the package and try the product provided that the product allows for it. For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, underwear or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed. If the products return in an unsuitable condition we will not be able to approve the refund and the products will be returned to the sender. Always save guarantee/delivery notes until the return is completed, as these show your return package number which you will require in the case of any claims. You as the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Once we have received your returned goods, we will issue your refund within 14 days and will notify you via email once the refund is complete. You will receive the same amount for the returned item(s) within 3-5 business days from time of transfer.
